At Standford Hill, our aim is to prepare the men in our care for release by supporting and encouraging them to gain paid employment and engage with the many opportunities we provide including education and training. 

By encouraging entry into paid employment, this will give the men in our care the opportunity to reduce their risk of reoffending and help to protect the public.
